Shipping Policy
Products are shipped within 48 hours of placing your order. Weather may delay shipping if your products can not sustain forecasted temperatures - most often applying to our NaturBac items. Items are shipped via UPS or FedEx, and tracking information will be sent to the email on account once your items have been shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please notify us of any damaged products immediately upon receipt. We will work with you, the customer, to come up with the best resolution for the given situation.
